Apple & Raspberry was the first cider we made, using our own apples and own raspberries, and it’s always the fan favourite. This is from Batch 3 made by Rachel and Tracy with some help from their pals John and Jamie. It’s 4% abv and thanks to our triple filter process its super clear with a slight red blush from the raspberries.
