Five Star Rating For Pressed For Good
Pressed For Good are delighted to have received a five-star rating for food hygiene.
North Warwickshire Borough Council have confirmed our Five Star Hygiene Rating which means it’s another approval in place on our journey to make cider to commercial standards.
This bit of our journey started on 1st January where Tracy & I celebrated the New Year by working through our Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering Certificate.
At the same time we began clearing out the unused room at the back of our garage and worked out what improvements were needed to enable the room to be used for food production.
Production Room
We were really grateful to lots of help from North Warwickshire Borough Council Environment Health team who helped us get the specification of the production room in place and help with our production process.
With the building work to the production room completed in March we were able to be inspected and really pleased to have achieved this five star rating.
